Cooking Tip

Bok Choy
Crunchy Chinese cabbage is found in supermarkets and specialty produce markets. You could substitute another cabbage, like Napa, or even fresh spinach, if you cant obtain blk choy.

Cooking Tip

Beef Broth
Homemade beef broth would be the best choice, although canned beef broth will work just fine.
