Crockpot Beef Ranchero

 
Ingredients -
 
1 1/2 pounds Beef Chuck, cut in cubes
1 cup chopped Onions
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Salt
1 can Tomatoes with Green Chilies
1 1/2 cups Beef Broth
1 cup cubed Cheddar Cheese
3 cups Hot Cooked Rice
 
Preparation:
 
Crockpot: Throw everything but the cheese and rice in a crockpot and cook on low 8-10 hours. Fold in cheese just before serving. Serve over rice.
