Goulash Soup |

| Ingredients - |

1.5 pounds Beef Chuck or Round, cut into small cubes
2 tablespoons Butter
2 small Onions, finely chopped
1 tablespoon Paprika
1 tablespoon Tomato Paste
1 tablespoon Vinegar
1 finely chopped Garlic Clove
generous pinch Caraway Seeds
1/2 teaspoon Dried Marjoram
1/2 (or more) pound Potatoes, cut into small cubes |

| Preparation: |

| Melt the butter & saute the onion until translucent; add paprika, tomato paste & vinegar, then add the beef , season with the garlic, caraway seeds & marjoram & cook until beef is browned. Meanwhile, put potatoes in bottom of slow cooker. When beef is brown, dump mixture into slow cooker, then add water to cover ingredients & cook until tender. |
